Thank you for visiting and shopping at JamTings. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Damages

JamTings is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy


JamTings provides shipping to countries outside of Jamaica. We do not take responsibility for any customs, duties or taxes applied on receipt.

International shipments are processed within 2-3 business days with arrival within 3-7 business days.


Returns Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at JamTings operated by Websol.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns Policy
Any customer may return any item which is damaged upon delivery for a replacement or refund. No exchanges (at this time).

As a small business, we are unable to accept exchanges at this time and will look into this possibility as we grow in the future.

For returns due to damages:
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the item is intact upon receipt of the item. Providing supporting evidence example: pictures or video to the damaged claim. Any customer may return any item which is damaged upon delivery. All items should be unused and returned in the original packaging.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, however, this cost will also be refunded with the original cost of goods after the damaged goods have been received.

Our Return (due to damages) policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund. Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
